Delivery time, options and shipping costs
Delivery time
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. After receiving the order we’ll get back to you with the form for delivering the artwork to us (name of winner, logo, award show title etc.) We strive to deliver the selection trophies within 6-8 business days. However, we are not always able to fulfil this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Method of delivery
We send our packages via the Sendcloud platform, this platform works with different parcel delivery parties like DHL, POSTNL, UPS or DPD. Based on the destination and the weight we’ll choose the most economical option, this will be automatically updated when choosing the shipping option in the webshop. If an express delivery is required please let us know after confirming the order via email (upstream@betterfuturefactory.com), for express delivery we will charge extra but this will be communicated on forehand.
Incoterm
We ship our standard trophies according to incoterm CPT (Carriage Paid To) meaning that we arrange the shipping of the goods to a specified destination, but the risk transfers to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Shipping costs
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. For orders over 200 euro and shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Luxembourg you don’t have to pay shipping costs. For other orders the shipping costs are based on weight and destination, shipping options and price will be updated during checkout. If your destination does not appear in the options list please send us an email (sales@upstreamtrophies.com) and we’ll try to add the destination to the shipping possibilities.
When sending out the package we’ll inform you with an email and you’ll receive a track and trace code for following the package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact day and time of delivery.
