For tailor made trophies we also offer the option to create custom materials from a specific waste source of your choice, further personalizing your award and aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

Tailor made awards (aka custom, bespoke) offer unique designs and materials, including options for dedicated waste sources, with a 4-6 week turnaround. Selection awards come from a standard range with quick customization options, having a 1-2 week turnaround.

There is no minimum order. We produce from 1 to 1000+ trophies.

For customization, Upstream Trophies offers tailor-made trophies, allowing you to design a unique award from scratch. Additionally, our selection trophies (standard designs) can be personalized with custom artwork on the acrylic sheet, offering flexibility and personal touch to both custom and standard trophy options. Whether you’re looking for a completely unique design or a personalized standard award, we provide the perfect solution to match your event’s prestige and sustainability values.

Our collection includes many fonts to choose from. However, if you need a specific corporate font for your winner’s text, we can accommodate that request. Please send the font to us via email, ensuring it complies with the font’s licensing agreement. Additionally, we ask that all fonts within your logo artwork be converted to outlines to facilitate the design process.

Please provide your logo or artwork in vector format (.pdf, .ai, .eps). Vector format allows for resizing without loss of quality, ensuring your logo or artwork remains sharp and clear at any size. This flexibility is crucial for designing your award to ensure the highest quality of the final product. Vector artwork is typically accessible through your design or marketing department. While we can use raster artwork (.tif, .jpg, .psd) for the initial design stages, be advised that such formats may result in a pixelated outcome.

Custom-made trophies typically require a 4-6 week turnaround, while our selection awards can be ready within 1-2 weeks, not including shipping times. During the order process of the selection trophies, average shipping durations will be displayed for your convenience. Certainly, it’s possible to begin trophy production and add the engraving or printing on the acrylic sheet at a later phase. Please note, however, that incorporating winner names or details subsequently will extend the total production timeline.

Indeed, personalization is included in the price of the trophy. Upon ordering a standard award, you will receive an email from us requesting the necessary details such as text, logo, and font preferences. We will then proceed to create a layout proof for your approval before commencing production, ensuring your trophy meets your exact specifications.

For selection trophies, you have the option to submit specifics such as logos and names. A print proof will be forwarded to you for confirmation prior to initiating production.

In the case of tailor-made trophies, Upstream Trophies provides an extensive design service, generating three unique design proposals from your specifications. You will receive these proposals digitally for selection, with the chance for further adjustments before we proceed to production. Should you require physical prototypes, they can be arranged at an additional charge.
