Stap 2 - Briefing
Based on your input we've filled out our 10 step briefing form. We'll share this briefing form with you to double check and fill in any missing information. Once the briefing is approved, we move on to the design phase.

This will take you 5-10 minutes

Stap 3 - Kies je favoriete concept
In an online presentation we present you with three distinct design concepts, each accompanied by detailed information on the design, materials used, and production costs. Take your time and let us know which concept resonates with you the most. Together, we'll refine the final details, including text and logo placement.

The presentation takes around 15 minutes

Stap 4 - Productie en verzending
We'll produce the amount of trophies required and prepare them for shipment. Our trophies can be packaged in various ways, from simple and sustainable cardboard packaging to luxury packaging with magnetic closures or a custom made wooden box. We can ship the trophies to you or to the individual winners.

Tijdlijn

The average turnaround time for a custom trophy is 4-6 weeks. Do you need it faster? Give us a call.

Ontwerp: 1-2 weken

De gemiddelde tijd van briefing tot definitief ontwerp is gewoonlijk 1-2 weken. Deze tijdlijn kan variëren afhankelijk van hoe snel we feedback ontvangen en het aantal aanpassingen dat nodig is voor het ontwerp.

Productie: 2-4 weken

De productie van de trofeeën duurt meestal 2-4 weken, afhankelijk van de complexiteit van het ontwerp en de benodigde hoeveelheid.

Shipping: destination & method depended

Shipping times vary based on the destination and chosen method. We offer two options: Parcel via land transport, a sustainable choice with a longer delivery time, and Express via air freight for fast, intercontinental deliveries, though with a higher CO2 footprint. We also provide Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service, handling all import taxes and paperwork to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.
