At Upstream Trophies, we use sustainable materials for our custom made trophies and awards. With advanced recycling techniques waste materials like fishing nets, packaging, refrigerators and more are turned into custom made trophies. We employ various techniques, including sheet pressing, 3D printing, and casting. Our focus is on using recycled plastic. Additionally, we create trophies from other materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. With our expertise in design and materials, you can have beautiful and unique custom made awards created from high-quality, sustainable materials.

At Upstream Trophies, sustainability is a priority, and we strive to minimize our environmental impact through the use of recycled materials and energy-efficient production processes. Recycled plastic significantly reduces CO2 emissions compared to new, fossil-based plastic. It reduces CO2 emissions by 0.8 to 2.6 kilograms per kilogram of recycled plastic produced. When considering the entire lifespan of plastic, including the prevention of emissions from incineration, each kilogram of recycled plastic can save between 2.6 and 4.6 kilograms of CO2.

In an online presentation we present you with three distinct design concepts, each accompanied by detailed information on the design, materials used, and production costs. Take your time and let us know which concept resonates with you the most. Together, we'll refine the final details, including text and logo placement.

The presentation takes around 15 minutes

Step 4 - Production & Shipping
We'll produce the amount of trophies required and prepare them for shipment. Our trophies can be packaged in various ways, from simple and sustainable cardboard packaging to luxury packaging with magnetic closures or a custom made wooden box. We can ship the trophies to you or to the individual winners.

The average time from briefing to final design is typically 1-2 weeks. This timeline may vary depending on how quickly we receive feedback and the number of adjustments needed for the design.

Production: 2-4 weeks

Production of the trophies typically takes about 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity needed.

Shipping: destination & method depended

Shipping times vary based on the destination and chosen method. We offer two options: Parcel via land transport, a sustainable choice with a longer delivery time, and Express via air freight for fast, intercontinental deliveries, though with a higher CO2 footprint. We also provide Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service, handling all import taxes and paperwork to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.
